This new site will perform the following function for business:

We want people to find our account receivable collection services by searching the web. The site will provide detailed information about the services we offer and enable visitors to make on-line requests for our services designed for their specific business needs.

2.1 Search Engine Ranking

The web site should be optimized for search engines, and each page must reach an agreed ranking in Google's results for each agreed combination of search words. The site should appear on the first page of Google for the following keywords:  “Commercial Collections”, “Collection Agency”, “Collection”, "Accounts Receivable", and "A/R".

3.1 Home Page

The home page will give visitors an overview of what we do.  It will include a site map, page links, graphics and navigational icons.

3.2 Services List

This page will give an overview of each of our services with specific task related fields to help the user define their project.  Please see design chart for specifics.

3.3 Services Detail Pages

For each service there will be one page. This page will provide a detailed summary of the service including a downloadable contract agreement.  Each service detail page will have a link that will allow visitors to place an on-line request for more information.

3.4 About Us

This page will include detailed information about the company along with client testimonials, our mission statement, and company goals.

To include full contact details.

3.6 Site Map

A site map should be provided showing the structure of the site and linking to every page on the site.

4.1 Overall Style

The site style should include a white background with a tan navigation stripe running horizontally down the left side of the pages. Our logo will be centered at the top of the pages.  All text should be in black.

4.2 Download Speed

The text on each page should download on a 33kb/s (slow) connection in less than 5 seconds. There should be no large images or flash files.

4.3 Navigation

A common navigation bar should be included on all pages. The navigation bar will include links to the home page, services list, about us, and contact details.

5.1 Accessibility

This site must comply with the standards of accessibility contained in W3C WAI (World Wide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Initiative) level A Guidelines.

5.2 Valid Code

All code on the site should validate to W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) specifications.
